Healthiest Stir-Fry With Veggies and Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice all of your veggies into thin strips about 3 inch long. Set aside.
  2. Cut your chicken into small bites.
  3. In a woke heat up the olive oil and brown the chicken. Set aside.
  4. Add more oil if needed and stir fry your veggies for about 5 min or until golden color. Add the cooked chicken to that and continue frying for 2-4 more minute.
  5. Turn off the heat and season with soy sauce, 5 drops of sesame oil and the honey. You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
