Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Using the rolling pin, extend the pastry on a clean and floured kitchen table. Make a 0.5cm thick layer.
  2. * Remember we need to cover it, so we need another layer of puff pastry, smaller than the first one.
  3. Grease pan with butter, bottom and edges. Place puff pastry layer covering the entire pan and a little more (can be a pie pan or a medium quiche plate)
  4. Grate the Gouda cheese and the Manchego cheese. Now, let's chop the ham and pineapple and mix with grated cheese. When mixed add the dried basil and oregano.
  5. We will put the mixture into the pastry and cover with small layer.
  6. You have to moisten the edges of the small layer, you can use a small kitchen brush or your fingers.
  7. The edges of the lower layer should cover the upper layer.
  8. Using a wet and sharp knife, make 3 diagonal cuts, or make some holes on the surface using a fork. This allows steam to escape and not tear the dough. Now add the grated parmesan cheese over the entire surface and baked. Until golden, like 30-35 minutes.
