Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Pour one cup of coconut milk into a saucepan lover low heat.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch stirring into coconut milk, continuing on low heat stirring consistently until thickened.
  3. Add remaining coconut milk and whole milk and continue to heat until thickened.
  4. Pour into 8 inch square pan and chill until firm.
  5. Slice to desired size just before serving.
