Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp fat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat fat in frying pan. Stir flour, pepper, and salt into potato and press it down firmly into pan; add milk. Brown the potato slowly, allowing 30 minutes for cooking. Turn it out as an omelet is turned, and serve hot.
