Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozan hash browns
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • 2 cups of cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix hash browns, mushroom soup, onion, and salt and pepper all together in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Put all into a 10 x 10 glass pyrex pan. Lay cheese on top.
  3. 3. Cook at 425 for an hour.
