Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. This makes an 1 1/2 pound loaf.
  2. Add the ingredients to the machine according to manufactures directions.
  3. Select whole grain cycle or basic white bread cycle.
