Hard Boiled Eggs (Easy to Peel)

Ingredients:

  • 6 -12 eggs
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 dash salt (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put the eggs in pot.
  2. Fill the pot with water just enough to cover the eggs.
  3. Add salt (optional).
  4. On high temperature, bring to a rapid boil.
  5. Cover pot.
  6. Turn off burner.
  7. Let sit for 20 minutes on the warm burner.
  8. Drain water, put eggs back in carton or bowl and put in refrigerator.
  9. Eat them once they cool.
