Directions:

  1. Fry beef (you may need 2 pans)
  2. Add to big stew-pot with stock and tomatoes and boil
  3. Fry mushrooms
  4. Add mushrooms and all remaining veg to pot, reduce heat to med
  5. Stir frequently
  6. Check seasonings, add more tom paste, s&p and worchestershire as needed
  7. Serve with wh wheat bread or noodles
