Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 oz) can diced potatoes
  • 1 (14 oz) can corn
  • 1 (14 oz) can spanish rice
  • 1 (14 oz) can hot tomatoes
  • 1 (12 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (14 oz) can beef broth
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef.
  2. Add chopped onion, potato, corn, rice, tomato vegetables, broth and water.
  3. Cook slowly for at least 2 hours.
