Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 slices deli ham

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in omelet pan.
  2. Cook ham and spinach in olive oil.
  3. Add 2 eggs and stir.
  4. Let simmer until omelet moves freely.
  5. Flip and add cheese.
