Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, celery,green pepper,red pepper,chicken boullion, onion and ham in large saucepan. Cover with 2 cups water and cook until potatoes are just tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Make white sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour. Gradually add milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly until thickens. Add corn and mix thoroughly. Add to vegetable mixture and heat thoroughly. Do Not Boil! Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
  3. Variation: Add 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese to white sauce.
