Haley's Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Wash Cranberries
  2. Boil 2inches of water in a pot. Once boiling pour in cranberries. Cook about 10 minutes on med-high heat. Stir once or twice. You should hear berries popping as they cook.
  3. After about half the berries have popped and the sauce is mushy turn off heat.
  4. Add sugar to berries, atleast the cup and then to taste.
  5. Then you can add liquer or any other ingredient you choose. i.e. honey, grape juice, or orange juice, pecans
  6. Serve hot, cold, or room temp
