Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer onion in a small amount of water for a few minutes then drain well.
  2. Mash yolks of two of the hard boiled eggs.
  3. Stir in cottage cheese and season with chili powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Add milk and mix well.
  5. Add oil, lemon juice and cooked onion then mix well.
  6. Arrange warm potato slices in a serving dish.
  7. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and garnish with olives, sliced eggs and parsley.
