Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 -2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla
  3. Sift together dry ingredients and add in batches to wet ingredients.
  4. Place in two greased bread pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until finished.
