Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease 2 loaf pans.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  6. Add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas.
  7. Stir in coconut, almonds, cherries and dates.
  8. Pour into pans.
  9. Bake for 55 minutes, until pick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pans.
