Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tbsp. flax seed meal
  • juice from a fresh sqeeezed lime
  • to taste: add some ground cumin, salt, pepper,chopped fresh cilantro
  • optional: 1 garlic glove minced

Directions:

  1. Prepare you gauc chunky or creamy with the above ingredients.
  2. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable crudites
  3. Or use as a wrap or sandwich filling
