  1. Scrape the avocados into a bowl and add the salt,pepper,garlic,lime juice,and onion.Then smash them together with a spoon or fork (leave some avocado chunks ), next add the cilantro and tomatoes and stir thoroughly. Let this mixture sit 15-30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
  2. I like to serve them up with lime flavor corn chips.
  3. Now sit back and get your mexican freak on!
