Ingredients:

  • 1 palm full fresh cilantro coarsly chopped
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 palm full of queso cheese crumbled

Directions:

  1. Cut each Avocado in half long way
  2. Take out the pit (**take a large knife and hit the pit in the center hard enough that your knife sticks in...twist and the pit should pop out**)
  3. With a spoon scoop out the the meat
  4. Place in bowl and mash slightly
  5. Stir in Onion and Cilantro
  6. Squeeze lemon over and fold in
  7. Sprinkle with Queso cheese
  8. Chill and Serve
  9. ** you can add 1/4 cup of chopped tomato**
  10. I dont eat tomatoes but my family all does!!
