Simple Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 red onion (large)
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup salsa (mild , medium, hot based on your preference)
  • 1/8 cup sour cream
  • 3 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Cut Avocadoes, Remove seed and take off skin (easy to do with a spoon).
  2. Medium dice to large red onion.
  3. Combine Avocadoe,Onion, and juice of lime in medium sized bowl and mash togehter.
  4. Add 1/4c Salsa 1/8c sour cream and a few dashes of hot sauce; add more Salsa until you get the right consistency.
  5. Mix well and taste.
  6. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with toritilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritoes, burgers, etc.
