Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place the tenderloin into a small roasting pan and lightly brush with 2 tbsp of the bbq sauce. (To avoid contamination do not dip brush into remaining sauce.)
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
  4. Allow pork to rest 10 minutes before slicing into thin slices.
  5. Warm bbq sauce and spoon about 1 tbsp onto the roll bottoms.
  6. Top with 2-3 slices of pork.
  7. Spoon an additional tsp over the top.
  8. Spoon 1 tsp of guacamole on top of bbq sauce.
  9. Place tops on the rolls.
