Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Noodles.
  2. Steam broccoli until just tender 2-3 minutes.
  3. In large skillet, cook turkey& onion over medium heat; drain.
  4. Mix in tomato sauce& Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover& simmer for approx 10 minutes.
  7. In a separate saucepan, combine milk powder, water, cream cheese cubes, parsley& garlic.
  8. Cook& stir over med heat until cream cheese is melted.
  9. Drain Noodles, add to cream cheese mixture.
  10. Put into an 8-in sq baking dish coated w/ nonstick cooking spray.
  11. Mix broccoli into Turkey mixture and top noodles.
  12. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  13. Bake uncovered at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
