Ground Beef and Pork and Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 (29 oz) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1/3 tsp dry mustard (optional)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned and veggies are tender.
  3. In an oven safe baking dish (we use an oven safe glass bowl) combine pork and beans, tomato soup, dry mustard, sugar, and salt and pepper.
  4. Drain ground beef mixture and add to bean mixture. Stir well.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
