  3. For the salsa, mix 1/2 chunks papaya, mango, pineapple, and/or watermelon with 1/2 cup each diced pepper (any color) and red onion, 2 tablespoons minced chilies, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 tablespoons lime juice, and some salt. Sprinkle swordfish with salt and pepper. Grill 5 minutes, turn, and cook until done. Serve with salsa and lime wedges.
