Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place almonds, garlic, basil leaves and 2 teaspoons of oil in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add tomatoes and red peppers. Process until smooth.
  3. Preheat a large sauté pan on medium high.
  4. Season the swordfish with the salt and pepper.
  5. Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan and coat it well.
  6. Cook fish 3 minutes on one side without turning it. Reduce the heat to medium and turn the fish.
  7. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for about 2-4 minutes or until fish meat easily separates with a fork.
  8. Best served with fresh steamed veggies and brown rice.
