Grilled Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • grilled steak - sliced against the grain
  • pita bread - cut into triangles
  • garlicky lemon yoghurt dressing- *see my recipes

Directions:

  1. Separate one pita triangle into two pieces
  2. Place some steak on the bottom half
  3. Top with a cucumber round, a spoonful of sauce and some arugula
  4. Place top half of pita on everything
  5. Repeat as many times as you like for the ammount of snacks you are making
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature.
