Grilled potato salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 slice bacon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 5 1/2 tbsp mayo

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon, remove from pan. Add potatoes and dry rub to bacon drippings - toss to coat. Remove potato mixture with a slotted spoon and place on baking sheet in 400 degree oven until tender. Transfer to large bowl and add wet dressing, stir in bacon crumbles and serve warm
