Grilled Corn With Lime Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook time does not include soak time
  2. Peel down husks of corn and remove silk
  3. Cover corn back up with husks
  4. Soak corn in water for few hours to overnight
  5. Heat grill to medium
  6. Put corn on grill
  7. Rotate every 5 minutes to avoid burning on one side
  8. Grill for 30 minutes total
  9. Lime Butter
  10. Mash butter and lime juice together with a fork. Add salt
