Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hand pound chicken.
  2. Mix the following ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
  3. Peanut butter.
  4. Cilantro.
  5. Lime juice.
  6. Ginger.
  7. Sesame seed oil.
  8. Tamari sauce.
  9. Brown sugar.
  10. Rice vinegar.
  11. Kaffir lime leaves.
  12. Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
  13. Minced garlic.
  14. Marinate chicken for 3- 4 hours in a zip lock bag.
  15. Reserve some of the peanut sauce to glaze chicken while grilling.
  16. Fire grill.
