Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs carrots, trimmed and scrubbed
  • 1 -2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Prepare hot grill. Rub carrots with oil and place on oiled grill 4-6 inches from coals.
  2. Grill, turning occasionally, until outside is browned and inside is tender, about 20 minutes.
