Ingredients:

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Take 1/2 strip of bacon and wrap around 8-9 whole green beans. Secure with toothpick. Place bundle in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Continue untill all beans are used.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour over beans.
  3. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
