Ingredients:

  • 1 limes , juice of or 1 lemon, juice
  • 1 cup spinach ( chop a bit)
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 bunch wheat grass
  • 1/2 inch grated gingerroot
  • 1 cup strawberry

Directions:

  1. Wash everything. Put 1/4 cup of filtered water in blender, add lemon or lime juice, add cucumber, add berries then remaining ingredients, a little at a time, continue to blend this recipe makes entire days worth of your fruits and vegetables. You may drink throughout the day.
