Directions:

  1. In large bowl combine wheat and contents of spice sack. Stir in 1 cup boiling water. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator. Stir in 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoe, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup feta cheese, 1 cup fresh chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil. Mix together. Cover; chill 1 hour or overnight. Toss well before serving on a bed of romaine lettuce and lemon wedges.
