Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together eggs, flour, baking powder and butter.
  2. Stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, spinach (chopped and squeezed dry), roasted red pepper, olives, oregano and other seasonings.
  3. Pour into individual 6 ounce ramekins.
  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
