Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the potato wedges in a deep roasting pan.
  2. Pour in the broth, oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle in the remaining ingredients and mix to equally distribute
  4. Liquids and spices.
  5. Bake at 400 uncovered for 1 1/2 hrs. or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. After 40 minutes, remove pan and shake potatoes.
  7. Then return to oven and leave undisturbed for the remainder of the
  8. Baking time.
