Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup bulgarwheat
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingedients plus 2 tbsp.mint.
  2. Form 1 inch balls; broil until browned,3-5 minutes.
  3. Mix yogurt with remaining mint for dipping.
