Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or until almost tender but firm; drain well let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together oil, lemon juice, anchovy paste, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; toss with pasta.
  3. Add tomatoes, sliced olives (leave whole if small), cucumbers, onion and parsley; toss to coat well. Gently stir in feta cheese.
  4. Chill until ready to eat.
