Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet and add butter. Once melted, add the flour, milk and onions. Stir constantly until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
