Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grapenuts cereal
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small package coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla (i use 1/2 and 1/2 almond)
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk (i use a light cream,such as half and half)

Directions:

  1. For Pudding:
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and cover.
  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Top each serving with white sauce.
  5. For White Sauce:
  6. Combine all the ingredients and cook over low heat until it is as thick as you like.
  7. Note: This is a very rich sauce ,serve in small amounts.
