Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mash cooked sweet potatoes.
  2. Mix well first 5 ingredients and pour into a casserole dish.
  3. For the topping, mix the last 4 ingredients and crumble over the top of potato mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
