Grandma's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (30 oz) can pumpkin ( not pie mix)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Combine pumpkin, sugars, flour, salt, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, evaporated milk and eggs in a large bowl. Mix together until incorporated. Add milk one cup at a time, blending to combine. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is set. Cool completely and enjoy with whipped cream if desired.
