Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare 9 quiche dish or pie plate by spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the onions, ham, and tomatoes into pie pan.
  3. Mix together the eggs, milk, oregano, and Bisquick.
  4. Pour on top of layered mixture.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. May be refrigerated overnight at this point.
  7. Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°.
