Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. SPRAY a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. SPRAY a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. SAUTÉ green onions and garlic for 5 minutes or until transparent. Stir in broccoli.
  3. LAYER broccoli mixture and cottage cheese in pie plate. Set aside.
  4. WHISK eggs with milk and baking mix; season with salt and pepper.
  5. POUR over cottage cheese in pie plate.
  6. SPRINKLE top with goat cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  7. BAKE in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the centre comes out clean.
