Grandma Edna's Imperial Pork Chops

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Coat each pork chop with melted butter.
  3. Coat then with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Arrange on a shallow baking pan.
  5. Bake one and a half hours or longer in 350 degree oven uncovered.
  6. Make as many pork chops as desired.
  7. Save the leftover crumb mixture in the fridge in plastic container.
  8. Chicken can be substituted.
