Grammie Miller's Pop Corn Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup molasses

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and add sugar and molasses. Boil until temperature eaches 270 degrees.
  2. Remove from heat, and add the baking soda.
  3. Mix well, then pour over pop corn.
  4. Dip hands in a bowl of warm water, before making each ball. Shape balls using very little pressure.
  5. Lay balls on waxed paper, and let cool.
  6. Wrap in saran wrap, or put each on in a plastic baggie.
