Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and milk together.
  2. Add rice and add cinnamon and raisins to taste; stir.
  3. Microwave for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
