Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat water and honey in saucepan until thoroughly blended.
  2. Place over medium heat and bring to boil.
  3. Let boil 2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and add next 5 ingredients.
  5. Strain into ice tray or shallow dish.
  6. Freeze.
  7. When ready to serve, whip cream.
  8. Scoop ice into bowls or ice cream parlor glass
  9. And pour 1 TBSP Grand Marnier over each.
  10. Top with whipped cream and/or nuts.
