Goulash with Meatballs or Ground Sub

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. IF using fresh onion, pepper and garlic, put in pan and saute until onion is soft. Then finish recipe as directed.
  2. If using powdered onion and the garlic and roasted pepper just follow directions below.
  3. Very simple, put all in pan except cooked macaroni and cook. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. Put cooked mac in a bowl or wide plate and then goulash to top. You can sprinkle on cheddar cheese if desired. This estimates 1/2 cup cooked mac per person.
  5. This is designed to be a one dish meal.
  6. NOTEs:
  7. Since using meat sub, there is no problem with tasting and correcting during cooking. You can also add more of the meat sub. Ie 1 package Gimme Lean for meatballs if desired.
  8. In place of the bell pepper and garlic you can use ote you can also use about a tsp roasted pepper and garlic seasoning
  9. If using real meat do NOT do so after adding and also cook meat before adding with the onion, pepper, garlic and other seasonings.
  10. Using real meat it will really UP your fat, cholesterol and other areas.
