Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chill glasses or small bowls for serving.
  2. Cook goosberries (until soft) with sugar and two tablespoons of water.
  3. Tast for sweetness when cooked and add icing sugar to adjust to your taste.
  4. Run through a fine strainer and mix in with custard.
  5. Serve hot, or cold.
