Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook gooseberries, apple, onion and vinegar until mushy.
  2. Stir in sugar and, when dissolved, add the remaining ingredients and cook until thick.
  3. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars and seal while still hot.
  4. Store in a cool, dark place.
