Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash lettuce under running water.
  2. Drain and allow to dry.
  3. Tear into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate.
  4. Cut bread into cubes.
  5. Drizzle with 1 tbsp.
  6. Of olive oil, dried rosemary (you could use any other herb of your choice) and continue to roast on low flame.
  7. Scald red, yellow and green bell pepper.
  8. Immediately dip in cold water.
  9. Drain, peel off skin and cut them into cubes.
  10. In a large bowl, mix together the cucumbers, tomatoes, red, yellow and green bell pepper and the lettuce leaves.
  11. Mix well, then add the bread cubes and mix again.
  12. Drizzle lemon juice and the remaining olive oil.
  13. Mix in salt and black pepper to taste.
  14. Toss well and serve cold.
